Mansoori I and Mansoori II are part of a group of Apart-hotels with a total number of 48 apartments which are rented for short stay. They all are furnished with cable TV, individual access to internet broad band, telephone, mini frige supplied with drinks, electrical range, microwave and basic utensils for cooking. We offer daily housekeeping services in the apartment from Monday to Saturday, except on Sundays and holidays. Our reception remains open 24 hours for reservation and for information. For the comfort of our guests, a laundry shop nearby has delivery system and also a neighbouring fittness center and the parking plot do offer special discount to our guests. We don´t serve meals but in the neighbourhood area are situated many self service restaurants, pizzerias, snack bars and big supermarkets. Within our prices are included condominium, water, electricity (up to 80 kw/month), property tax, local calls and the internet broad band. The timing for check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is at midday. We don´t allow entry of pets of any kind. The payment becomes due on check-in to be paid in advance with Brazilian checks or cash. We don´t accept credit cards. |
